Dong Gui Chicken-Bebe's recipe

Dong Gui Chicken
Our favorite dish and its uber simple thanks to Bebe for sharing!

Ingrdients
(A)
-2 Chicken Thighs of 4 Chicken Drumsticks
-1/2tsp of Sugar
-Salt and Pepper to taste
-4 Slices of Dong gui

(B)
-2tbsp of oyster or abalone sauce
-1/2 tsp of sesame oil
-1 tbsp of chinese cooking oil
-1 tsp of wolfberry (qi zi)
-3 tbsp of water

Method 1:
1) Mix all of Ingredients (A) in a large bowl - She never state how long, but I steamed it for 2 hours for the chicken to be tender
2) Add juices derived from Ingrdients A to Ingrdients B and boil and thickened with cornstarch solution
3) Poured over steam chicken and serve

Method 2: (Lazy version)
1) Marinate chicken with Ingredients (A) & (B) for a couple of hours and keep it in the fridge
2) Cook over stove using Medium heat and when the sauce boils, lower the heat and slow cook till meat is tender
