Fried Bee Hoon

INGREDIENTS
- 7 to 10 Chinese dried mushroom
- 20 to 30 Fresh grey prawns
- Cabbage or other vegetables you like
- 3 Pcs Fish cake
- Garlic chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
- Four tablespoons of oil

DIRECTIONS
1) Soak one packet of Bee hoon in container with tap water for 25 minutes.
2) Soak about 10 dried mushroom for about an hour until it soften.
3) Wash & drain cabbage
4) Remove the prawns from its shell and devein it
5) Fry the garlics in low heat till it fragants for about 5 minutes. But not black in colour.
6) Follow by the mushrooms. Stir fry constantly for about 7 minutes
7) Then add cabbage and fry. Add the oyster sauce sparingly.
8) Add bee hoon and stir fry for another ten minutes.
9) Follow by salt & pepper (Can add a bit of light soy sauce if you like, which i did)
10) Add about half a bowl of hot water. Remember too much water will be too soggy.
11) Add prawns and stir fry together with the rest for another ten-fifteen minutes
12) Follow by fish cake and stir fry for about 2-3 minutesTaste and if you prefer it to be saltier, then add a little bit more of the oyster sauce
