Fu Chok Tong Shui

Fu Chok Tong Shui
Recipe googled from the Internet and you can plus minus your favorite ingredients!
Darling dun really like it though but i do and its so good for the skin plus barley is "liang" ya?!

Ingredients

- 3 to 4 cups of water

- 3 Pandan Leaves tie in a knot

-100g of barley

-50g dried bean sticks, soaked (Fu Chok)

-100g of ginko nuts

-Rock sugar to taste

-10 quail eggs, hard boiled & shelled



Directions

1. In a pot, bring water and pandan leaves to boil

2. Add other ingredients, except rock sugar & quail egss. Bring to boil and lower fire to simmer for 1 and 1/2 hrs until braley softens

3. Add rock sugar & eggs and cook for 3 mins until roack sugar dissolves

4. Serve hot or cold
