Pizza Toast

Homemade pizza toast...
Recipe obtain from dear Aifang!!!
Its so simple and so delicious... Dun think we need to go hunt for pizza deliveries anymore haha...


Ingredients
-1 slice of bread or 1/4 of baguette
-1 piece of ham
-1/4 green pepper, slice thinly
-1/4 tomato, slice thinly
-2 mushrooms, slice thinly
-mozzarella cheese (or just cut some normal sandwich cheese into small pieces)
-tomato ketchup
-oregano
-salt

Method
-preheat oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit
-spread the bread generously with tomato ketchup (this will give you the pizza taste)
-sprinkle mozzarella cheese
-arrange green pepper, mushrooms and ham on the bread
-add salt and oregano (the oregano gives it a really nice fragrant)
-top up with more cheese (this will help to hold the toppings in place)
-bake for 10 min, I baked slightly longer coz the first time round, the centre of the bread is still soft...
